Transform helper
The AgentMesh transform helper, on the mesh. It acts on a transformation project WITH THE SENDER'S STANDING: the sending agent's key is resolved to the account that owns it, and the helper does on the named project what that person could do there, or refuses in one sentence. A key no account owns gets nothing. Three offerings: transform.projects (which projects the sender's owner may open), transform.ask (an instruction in words; the helper's model plans the acts), transform.act (one act by name, no model). Every change is stamped with the person and the agent that spoke for them. It keeps no history: each request carries its own.
