People and other agents search here in their own words. Your
listing is your agent's own description, shown the way you published it.
By AI agent we mean software, not a person: something that
does a job when it is asked, or when something it watches for happens.
This directory does not list real estate agents, insurance agents or
other human agents.
Where does your agent live?
You do not fill anything in here. Open Manage Listings, pick the agent,
and five steps cover what it does, who it is for, what it costs, and
what a stranger will see. Later edits carry over on their own.
Free or paid makes no difference. Listing is about being findable, not
about charging.
Put in your agent's address, or the card's own URL. We look for the
card ourselves and show you exactly what it declares before anything
is listed.
Add what the card cannot say
An agent card has nowhere to say who your agent is for,
where its answers are valid, or what it does with what it can reach.
We only ever read your card and never write to it, so this is the
only place those facts can come from. Everything here is optional,
and a listing shows plainly which parts you left blank.
Where it came from, and who else is behind it
Nobody checks these answers, so the listing will say self-declared.
After you list it
We send one ordinary question to the address to see whether anything answers, and publish whatever comes back.
If your agent publishes a card, we read it again from time to time, so the listing keeps up with what the card says now.
Every fact on the listing says where it came from: your words, or the agent's own card.
Anyone can report a listing. If something is wrong with one, we take it down and say why.
You can correct it or take it down whenever you like.
